  • Can a YTT be done online? Is it a credible training experience? Is it legit?

Yes! Online yoga teacher trainings are the new norm. Paths to Peace Yoga School is part of Yoga Alliance. We offer 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Trainings online and in person. 

Once a student completes our yoga teacher training, they’ll receive a certificate from Paths to Peace Yoga School, which will be submitted by them to Yoga Alliance. Then, they’ll be a certified yoga teacher who can teach yoga anywhere in the world!

  • Is this a live course or self paced? Will there be anyone to teach me live? 

This course is live! You’ll experience the majority of the 200 hours of learning and practice live with the Lead Teacher Trainer (Robyn), so you’ll be supported throughout the process with an expert yoga teacher. You’ll also have access to supplemental videos and other resources too.

  • Can I still take this training if I’m not planning to be a yoga teacher? 

Yes! There are many reasons people take yoga teacher trainings. Some people do it to deepen their practice of yoga, improve the quality of their lives or they may want to be part of a like minded community. Others take the training so they can become a yoga teacher in the future. Why you take the training is your personal choice.

  • Will we ever meet in person?

No, the entire training is online. 

  • Is the entire training online?

Yes. 

  • If I do an online YTT, does it make me less of a Yoga Teacher? 

Absolutely not! Online yoga teacher trainings are the new norm. They’re organized, accessible and effective. You’ll have the support of the Leader Yoga Teacher Trainer, a live community of like minded people, information you need to learn; and a virtual space to practice. 

  • Is there an in-person part of the course? 

Technically, no. The entire training is virtual and online from start to finish. 

What happens if I sign up and pay, but need to cancel before the training begins? Will I receive a refund?

You’ll receive a partial refund (minus $150 non refundable deposit) if you signed up for the training and cancel before the training begins or by Week 1. If you cancel after Week 1, your payment can be applied to the next yoga teacher training. 

Can I get Continuing Education Credits from Yoga Alliance if I take this training? 

Yes! Robyn is a Continuing Yoga Educator with Yoga Alliance. Students can receive Continuing Education credits. 

How long is the entire training from start to certification? 

The training last about 100 days to offer students time to integrate what they’re learning into their everyday life.

  • $1,200 - Regular Price - due by Oct 1, 2025

Scholarships/ Financial Assistance

I want to make the training financially accessible, while honoring the value of this professional certification program.

OPTIONS:

1) Making a $150 non-refundable deposit, which locks in the early bird price for that season’s training price (there’s a $250 savings); or

2) Break payments up into two monthly installments (whether early bird or regular price) due Oct. 1, 2025; or

3) Make the $150 non refundable deposit to lock in the early bird rate for Fall 2025. You can begin the training at that time. Then, you can pay the balance in Jan. 2026 and be part of the Winter 2026 YTT or the next season’s YTT giving you time to pay the balance.

You can begin your yoga teacher training upon signing up and paying your deposit/tuition! The $150 deposit locks in the Early Bird pricing and you can get started right away.

You'll receive reading assignments; quizzes; mentoring and some self reflection exercises, along with asana sequences to practice before we start meeting as a group.

The LIVE group classes and workshops will begin around Oct 1st. People will move at different paces depending on their intentions for the training and schedules.
